ESTRATEGIAS DIDÁCTICAS INNOVADORAS: IMPACTO EN LA COMUNICACIÓN, LA FLUIDEZ Y LA ESCUCHA ACTIVA EN LA ENSEÑANZA DEL INGLÉS COMO LENGUA EXTRAÑA EN LA EDUCACIÓN PRIMARIA

Resumen

La enseñanza del inglés como lengua extranjera en educación primaria requiere estrategias pedagógicas que favorezcan el desarrollo de competencias comunicativas. Las metodologías innovadoras, como el aprendizaje basado en tareas y proyectos, el aprendizaje cooperativo, la gamificación y los recursos digitales, promueven la participación y el uso significativo del idioma. En el problema de investigación persisten dificultades para implementar enfoques comunicativos en las aulas debido al predominio de metodologías tradicionales y a limitaciones en la formación docente, así como en los recursos y las estrategias pedagógicas. El objetivo es analizar la influencia de las estrategias docentes innovadoras en la interacción comunicativa, la fluidez verbal y la escucha activa de estudiantes de educación primaria que aprenden inglés como lengua extranjera. Se realizó una revisión documental de la literatura científica reciente sobre estrategias innovadoras aplicadas a la enseñanza del inglés, considerando tanto estudios internacionales como evidencia relacionada con el contexto ecuatoriano. La evidencia revisada señala que las estrategias innovadoras favorecen la participación oral, la interacción comunicativa, la fluidez verbal y la comprensión auditiva. Destacan el aprendizaje basado en tareas y proyectos, la gamificación, las estrategias metacognitivas y la integración de recursos digitales. Las estrategias docentes innovadoras constituyen herramientas relevantes para fortalecer las competencias comunicativas en inglés durante la educación primaria. Su implementación sistemática, acompañada de formación docente y recursos adecuados, puede contribuir al desarrollo de la fluidez verbal y la escucha activa.
